Holidays and other complications can delay the shipment of an order on occasion. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated realtime when checking out. If an order will not be shipped in 48 hours, you will receive an email notification of the delay with an updated shipping time.
Delays or misdeliveries due to undeliverable addresses or errors in address entry are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you enter your address information accurately!

The postmarked date of the package must be within 60 days of the invoice date. We will not charge a restocking fee. Please review the return restrictions below before mailing a return package.
In your return package, please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. If the purchase was made on a credit card, please write the last four digits of the card used so that we may process the return on the same card. If the purchase was made with a check or money order, we will write and mail a company check within 30 days of our receiving the package. Please note that returns will only be considered if they are mailed within 60 days of the invoice date.
